What is this training?
This is classroom based vocational training, specially designed for Crew & Watch Managers in the Fire & Rescue services
Who is it for?
The training is designed for new and existing Supervisory Managers and helps them develop the management skills they need to be effective at work
What does it consist of?
The training is modular, delivered in 2 or 3 day sessions, in order to provide new knowledge and skills that can be practiced in the workplace between the modules
How long does this training take?
The average programme consists of a total of 10 days training, split into modules of 2 -3 days with 6-8 weeks between the modules
Who delivers this training?
Your training will be delivered by a qualified and experienced trainer, who has knowledge and experience of management culture in the Fire & Rescue Services
What are the results you can expect after this training?
Managers who have attended the programme will be better equipped to deal with their management responsibilities. Managers will have increased confidence to solve problems, manage performance, deal with conflict and implement change
Can this training be accredited?
We are an Awarding Centre for the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), City & Guilds and Pearson (Edexcel BTEC), so all of our programmes can be accredited, and tailored to meet your requirements
