To give you that guarantee that we know what we are doing, I have already mentioned in a previous post the fact that we have awarding centre status with three big institutes. We also have built-in quality systems and processes throughout our entire system.
For example; we IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) process every single bit of learning material of every module before a course runs. Somebody checks it. In terms of other quality marks, all of my trainers – the people that you will meet on the end of a video or in a room – will all be qualified in a teaching qualification commensurate with the level you are training at.
They will have an industry specific topic qualification in the thing you are learning, and I also guarantee that they will have at least 5 years’ experience actually doing for real the thing they are training you to do as well.
So these people will not just be talking pure theory, they will bring into the classroom experience, anecdotes, stories and they will help you navigate some of the contextually specific difficulties that are in Leadership & Management, some topics you just cannot learn from a book, and you will need ALD’s experience and quality to make sure that we get you through, out the other side not only with a qualification but also with the real knowledge and skills and experience that you need to do your job, to lead and manage people better and to help improve your business.
