Ok so, there are options out there sometimes to fund qualifications, some of you may have heard of things like the apprenticeship programme, Adult Education Board the AEB, the European Social Fund. So, there are ways sometimes where we can help you with the costs and there are other companies within Yarway Group, of which ALD is apart, where sometimes they might be able to draw down some funds to help you with the costs.
If you are a business, you might want to look at AEB, which will pay for some of the cost or maybe even apprenticeships at certain levels where most of the cost of the training may well be covered, and of course that will help the budgets that you are running in your training and development departments.
